Sofia Zoo is the oldest and largest zoo in the Blakans. It houses around 2000 animals representing approximately 250 species from all over the world. The zoo exhibit is constantly enriching and growing. The Zoo is included in the list of The Hundred National Tourist Sites of the Bulgarian Tourist Union.
