Description
“Khan Asparuh” equestrian club is designed to train national equestrian teams and train novice riders. Competitions from national and international calendars of the Bulgarian Equestrian Federation and the Bulgarian Fencing Federation are held here. Khan Asparuh National Horse Base meets the requirements of the International Federation for Training and Competition and has an area of 95 decares. Khan Asparuh Horse Base provides medical care and has its own veterinary clinic, smithy, warehouses for hay, straw and oats, carpentry workshop, ammunition store and restaurant. The base meets the requirements for holding international competitions of high rank and training, according to international regulations in equestrian sports and modern pentathlon.
