Description

Slavia Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Slavia neighbourhood of Sofia. It is currently used for football matches and is the home ground of the local football club PFC Slavia (Sofia). The stadium has a seating capacity of 25,556 and is one of the biggest sport facilities in Bulgaria. Also, as of 2009, the Bulgaria national under-21 football team plays some of its home matches at this stadium. The stadium is part of a multifunctional sport complex, which includes two football training grounds, one multi-purpose indoor hall and, a fitness centre , an ice-hockey arena with a capacity of 2,000 spectators, a Recreation and SPA Cent.
