SoFest 2020 will be opened by the actress Gergana Stoyanova, at the place for culture in Sofia - the attractive stage of Cabana Cinema. On the first evening, music lovers will be able to enjoy the new project of several virtuoso Balkan artists. Theodosii Spassov, Vlatko Stefanovski and Vasil Hadzhimanov will immerse us in the music world of Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Serbia. The audience will hear characteristic rhythms and captivating melodies and will enjoy the instrumental and vocal skills of proven musicians not only on the Balkans but all over the world. People will also admire the fashion show Tradition and Present, presented by young fashion designers, students at the National Academy of Arts - Sofia. SoFest 2020 will be held from September 4 to September 6. The festival will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and Mrs. Yordanka Fandakova - Mayor of Sofia. September 5-6, from 10:00 to 17:00 Young participants from various ensembles, formations and schools will show the beauty of folk songs, dances, folklore and creativity. Numerous children's educational workshops will reveal the secrets of traditional crafts and will introduce the kids to various applied arts. Children will be able to try playing a variety of musical instruments, create robots, do chemical experiments, and discover that math can be fun. In addition, a thematic bazaar will be held as part of SoFest 2020. SoFest 2020 will be held from September 4 to September 6.
