St Nedelya Square is Awaiting its New Look

The duties of an international jury in the first stage of the competition for a conceptual design for the renovation of St. Nedelya Square in Sofia were completed. The square in the heart of Sofia, which preserves the remains of the Antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, is getting closer to its new look. Architects from Italy, France, Russia and Bulgaria will be part of the second stage of the competition. They will develop conceptual designs regarding the new look of St. Nedelya Square. It is expected that the winner will be selected at the end of November and they will carry out the renovation of the square.
