Learning about nature in nature – Educational Activities during Summer Break

The event is aimed at young nature lovers between the ages of 7 and 12 and will be held at the Children's Ecostation Belite Brezi, PP "Vitosha". It is planned that within five consecutive days (August 15-19, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) students in a group of a maximum of 30 children will visit the Bear Museum, the Owl Museum, the Arboretum and the locality Iglikina Polyana.

In addition to the five-day research program with experts from the Directorate of the Vitosha Nature Park and the National Natural Science Museum at the BAS, the organizers also provide a one-day Plein air on scientific illustration with a professional illustrator from Society of Animalists, Florists and scientific illustrators, sports activities with educators from the ELA Shared Learning Association, transportation with bus line 63, travel insurance, licensed medical professional, materials for the activities and demonstrations and presentations of: Harmonica, Magazini STENATA, BDZP and Ornithological Camp Durankulak.
