A world-class Circus Fiesta rocks Sofia

Golden Horse, the first international circus festival on the Balkan Peninsula, gathers some of the world's biggest circus stars in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia from September 28 to October 1. The arena of the National Palace of Culture will become a home for amazing craftsmanship and unforgettable emotions, and tickets for the festival are already on sale on: kupibileti.bg.

The national tour with part of the program of the circus fiesta will delight the spectators in Ruse (October 8) and with two dates in Plovdiv (October 10-11).

Golden Horse foresees two competition programs and a gala show for the awardees.

Members of the international jury are directors, founders and organizers of some of the world's leading festivals, including the International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo, Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Nikulin. The chairman of the jury is Neshka Robeva, the most successful rhythmic gymnastics coach in the world and creator of the world-famous artistic troupe Nechanal Art.

Prominent circus artists from Armenia, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Germany, Greece, Israel, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, USA, Uzbekistan, France and Switzerland will compete for the honors. Important for the class of the performances is the accompaniment of live music. For this purpose, the Paris Circus Orchestra and Ensemble Chinari, which shine at the best world festivals, have been invited.
