In the event of a negative result, the person's quarantine shall be deemed to have been suspended from the day the result is recorded in the National COVID-19 Information System.

This was ordered by the Minister of Health Prof. Asena Serbezova by her order issued on the basis of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for border health control of the Republic of Bulgaria. You can read the order here.
