Sofia – European Capital of Sport gathered thousands of people at a Bike Carnival

Massive bike parade and carnival were held on March 31 in Sofia - the European Capital of Sport in 2018. They started from Alexander Nevsky Cathedral Church as their participants were greeted by hundreds of onlookers on the streets. The event was attended by some of the greatest Bulgarian sports legends. The parade ended in Yuzhen Park where everyone had the opportunity to enjoy concerts, games with prizes and a wonderful atmosphere. Just a day before Palm Sunday (Tsvetnitsa/Flowers Day) Sofia awoke to happiness and smiles.
